As the Senior Director of Key Accounts and Webinars, Emma helps oversee the client management and webinar teams. Her top priority is helping these teams provide flawless execution of campaigns as well as excellent client service to our strategic partners and clients, to ultimately help their businesses grow and thrive. Emma started her career with Becker's Healthcare as a member of the operations and recruiting team, and still plays a role in ensuring company growth through personnel today. Emma graduated with honors from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a degree in Communication.
